3. Timing
The WHEN. Waxing moon for attraction spells waning moon for banishing. New moon for beginnings full moon for peak power. Even the day and hour matter — Sunday for success Monday for intuition.
4. Action
The DOING. Light the candle. Tie the knot. Burn the paper. Bury the offering. Physical action anchors your intention in the material world. Without action a spell is just a wish.
5. Altered State
The STATE. Enter a light trance through meditation deep breathing drumming or repetitive movement. In this state your conscious critical mind steps aside and your intention reaches deeper layers of consciousness where real change happens.
6. Emotional Charge
The FEELING. Visualize your desired outcome as vividly as possible. Feel the emotions of having what you want — joy relief excitement gratitude. Emotion is the fuel that powers the spell.
7. Release & Forget
The LETTING GO. Once the ritual is complete release all attachment to the outcome. Do not obsess do not check every five minutes do not "supplement" with additional spells. Trust that the work is done. Attachment is the number one spell-killer.
