Support, refunds, corrections and licensing all use the same address. It is read by the person who wrote the guides, so a question about the method of a ritual gets an answer about the method, not a template.
- Support and refunds: include the email used for the purchase and the app or book involved. Google Play refunds are handled in the Play purchase flow, not by email.
- Corrections: include the page address and the sentence in question. Corrections are made, dated and logged in the editorial policy.
- Licensing and bulk orders: state the title and the quantity.
- Affiliates: see the affiliate disclosure for the current rates and the terms of the program.
Community
Most questions arrive faster in the community channels, because they are answered in public and the answer stays searchable.

Where we are
Cha0smagick Labs is a remote studio based in Bogotá, Colombia. The apps and books are sold worldwide, and support is given in English and Spanish.
Before you write
Some questions are already answered, and the answer is usually more useful than a reply:
- Refund policy, including what happens when an app does not fit your practice.
- Privacy policy and cookie policy: what is recorded, what is not, and how to withdraw consent.
- Editorial policy: how the guides are written, how AI tools are used and what is refused.
- About the author: who writes the guides and how to check them.
- About the studio: history and mission.
